Chapter Meeting Notes

-          Welcome and Introductions

-          Meeting presentation:

·         May 12th - Charlie Card – Fly fishing Flaming Gorge Reservoir with an emphasis on smallmouth bass

-          5 Minute Intermission prior to proceeding with business portion the meeting

-          Changes/additions to the Agenda

-          New business

·         Gooseberry Creek Aspen.

-          Next month’s meetings presentation:

·         Jun 9th  – Fly fishing demonstrations and BBQ/potluck – (Pat)

§  Picnic in Green River at Evers Park – next to (North) Expedition Island

§  Demonstrations for Tenkara, single hand and two hand casting.

·         Two guys from UT for Tenkara USA

·         Jim H. from Evanston will teach the 2 handed casting

·         Charlie will come up to teach the single handed rod

·         Will set up a casting challenge course

·         Calvin will check with Scott to get the TU rods from Lander

§  Chapter will supply hamburgers and hot dogs

§  Potluck – looking for folks to bring side dish: coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans, etc.

·         Please let Pat know if you are coming and if you are bringing something.

o   He has the list of things at home

o   Have Gluten Free stuff.

§  Helpers?

·         Will have the WGFD stream trailer, Stocking trailer, and Cowboy Bass trailer will be there

·         Volunteers be there at 7:30am – 8:00am
